Discussion Topic: Retaining Team Members in a Tight Talent Market
With the unemployment rate for college graduates at less than 3%, more openings than qualified candidates and a steadily climbing “quit rate,” it is increasingly important to engage and retain your talent. During the roundtable discussion, creative leaders will be asked to share what they are doing to improve the employment value proposition and enhance their team members’ experience. In addition, we’ll talk about strategies for retaining your top performers when the career ladder is limited, salary increases are minimal, professional development funds are low and other challenges.
